She is a force of energy and compassionan Australian citizen who has dedicated her life to spirituality, public speaking and humanitarian work, especially in India. Educated at The Friends School in Hobart, Tasmania, she later pursued a Social Work degree and developed a passion for psychology, philosophy and spirituality. Her journey led her to study Reiki, Rebirthing, Quantum Dynamics and meditation. At 40, she first visited India and fell in love with it, but it was at 52after meeting Tantric Yogi, Yogi Aftabthat her life transformed. Yoga became her way of life, with 2.5 hours of daily sadhana. A gifted public speaker, she served as President of Mullumbimby Toastmasters and taught public speaking in schools, inspiring countless individuals.

In 2019, she arrived in India, just before the COVID-19 pandemic. She led massive relief efforts, distributing 4000 food bags and running community kitchens in McLeod Ganj, Bhagsu, Katcheri and Chetru. She also initiated a project to help disadvantaged people build their own homes. Even today, she tirelessly works to uplift lives, bridging spirituality with service. Whether teaching, speaking or serving, she continues to inspireone soul at a time.

With over 40 years of experience spanning marketing, industrial psychology and hospitality, Sanjeev Gandhi is a powerhouse of knowledge and leadership. Armed with an MBA in Marketing, an MA in Industrial Psychology, a Masters in Personnel Management and a BA in Psychology, he brings a fresh and insightful perspective to the business and tourism industry.

After an illustrious 25-year career in the automobile sector, where he led at the national level, he shifted gears to hospitalityand hasn't looked back since. As the Managing Director of Hotel Gandhi's Paradise in McLeodganj, Dharamshala, he's not just running a hotelhe's redefining tourism and hospitality in Himachal Pradesh. Beyond his own ventures, he's deeply involved in shaping policies and fostering industry growth.

Richa's professional journey has been marked by leadership roles that demand integrity, vision and a deep understanding of systems that drive meaningful change. Notably, she has served as a Primary Care Inspector at the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England, where she leads complex regulatory assessments to ensure that healthcare services are not only safe and effective but also accountable and person-centred.

Currently based in London, she lives with her husband and their two children, managing the delicate balance of a thriving career and a vibrant family life. Her investment in Stella & Notte Club is a reflection of her passion for innovation, community-building and creating immersive spaces that foster meaningful human connections.

As an Executive Committee member, Richa brings not just capital but also strategic foresight, governance sensibilities and a global perspective, helping guide Stella & Notte toward its vision of becoming a premier destination for social connection, experiential living and curated exclusivity.

Meet Vandana a true all-rounder with a passion for sports, creativity and building things from the ground up. She holds a post-grad degree in Mass Communication from Delhi University and her career kicked off in the high-energy world of advertising. Vandana made her mark working with some of the biggest agencies, juggling both creative roles and client servicing with equal flair.

But her journey didn't stop there.

Driven by a love for learning and shaping young minds, she transitioned into the education space and taught at some of top-tier schools. For the past 11 years, Vandana has been wearing the entrepreneur hat, running a B2C online platform that reflects her go-getter spirit and deep understanding of what clicks with consumers.

Raman G Siddharth is a British-Indian film professional whose journey reflects a seamless blend of creativity, global exposure and a deep-rooted passion for storytelling. He also comes from a distinguished background - his father served as Joint Director, Public Relations, Government of Himachal Pradesh, reflecting a legacy of public service and strong communication ethos.

Beginning his career in the 1990s, he made his mark by conceptualising and organising high-profile fashion and ramp shows, collaborating with some of India's leading names, including renowned model Anupama Verma. His early work extended to prestigious showcases such as La' Affaire, featuring top-tier talent including Miss Universe Sushmita Sen.

Driven by an evolving creative vision, Raman moved to London, where he further honed his craft with production houses like Inspire Movies and Volcano Films, gaining valuable international exposure in filmmaking and production. Over the years, he has been associated with a diverse and expansive body of work across multiple languages and industries, contributing to films such as Chocolate, Aashiq Banaya Aapne, Dil Diya Hai, Strangers and Gollu Aur Pappu, among others. His portfolio spans Hindi, Tamil, Bhojpuri, Bengali and English cinema-reflecting both versatility and a strong understanding of varied audiences and storytelling formats.

Raman has worked alongside acclaimed actors including Anil Kapoor, Irrfan Khan, Sunil Shetty, Jimmy Sheirgill, Kay Kay Menon, Dimple Kapadia and others, as well as with distinguished directors like Anand L. Rai, Rituparno Ghosh and Kabir Sadanand. Beyond films, he has been featured in international media engagements, including interviews with BBC Asia, underscoring his global connect and industry insight.

He also had the distinguished opportunity to walk the red carpet at the 2010 London Film Festival alongside Academy Award-winning filmmaker Danny Boyle, representing acclaimed Indian auteur Rituparno Ghosh-a moment that reflects his close association with globally celebrated cinema.

While "Griham" is being produced by Raman, it is a film helmed by his filmmaker wife, Manjula Narayan. He is also currently developing his own project, "A Road to Rishikesh", continuing his pursuit of meaningful and globally resonant storytelling. Raman has also served as Executive Producer for the pilot shoot of the BBC war drama "Crack On", led by veteran filmmaker Jack Pizzey, known for creating "Bombay Superstar", the BBC's only documentary on iconic actor Rajesh Khanna. In 2025, Raman further expanded his creative repertoire by producing the short film "Judas n Merry".

Raman's journey also includes a brief yet compelling exploration of aviation, having trained in flying at Patiala Aviation Club and Sanganer Airport, Jaipur. However, his creative calling ultimately led him back to his true passion-cinema and the arts-taking him to London, where he further immersed himself in the world of filmmaking. He is also a member of the British Film Institute, reflecting his continued engagement with global cinema and creative excellence.

Beyond his work in cinema, Raman is deeply committed to sustainable living and mindful hospitality. As the co-creator of Kosen Rufu Village Recluse in Dharamshala, he has brought to life a thoughtfully designed eco-retreat built using local materials such as mud, bamboo and slate-where he resides with his filmmaker wife, Manjula Narayan.

Conceived not merely as a homestay but as a conscious alternative to conventional tourism, the project reflects his vision of creating spaces rooted in nature, simplicity and sustainability. Developed in collaboration with renowned eco-architect Didi Contractor, the retreat stands as a testament to his commitment to purposeful living and meaningful experiences.

As a member of the Executive Committee, Raman brings a unique creative perspective and a rich network within the entertainment and media industry. His experience in curating large-scale events and engaging with diverse audiences adds significant value to the Club's cultural and social programming. With his global exposure and storytelling sensibility, he contributes to shaping distinctive experiences, enhancing member engagement and elevating the Club's overall creative vision.
