She is a force of energy and compassion—an Australian citizen who has dedicated her life to spirituality, public speaking and humanitarian work, especially in India. Educated at The Friends School in Hobart, Tasmania, she later pursued a Social Work degree and developed a passion for psychology, philosophy and spirituality. Her journey led her to study Reiki, Rebirthing, Quantum Dynamics and meditation. At 40, she first visited India and fell in love with it, but it was at 52—after meeting Tantric Yogi, Yogi Aftab—that her life transformed. Yoga became her way of life, with 2.5 hours of daily sadhana. A gifted public speaker, she served as President of Mullumbimby Toastmasters and taught public speaking in schools, inspiring countless individuals.

In 2019, she arrived in India, just before the COVID-19 pandemic. She led massive relief efforts, distributing 4000 food bags and running community kitchens in McLeod Ganj, Bhagsu, Katcheri and Chetru. She also initiated a project to help disadvantaged people build their own homes. Even today, she tirelessly works to uplift lives, bridging spirituality with service. Whether teaching, speaking or serving, she continues to inspire—one soul at a time.

With over 40 years of experience spanning marketing, industrial psychology and hospitality, Sanjeev Gandhi is a powerhouse of knowledge and leadership. Armed with an MBA in Marketing, an MA in Industrial Psychology, a Masters in Personnel Management and a BA in Psychology, he brings a fresh and insightful perspective to the business and tourism industry.

After an illustrious 25-year career in the automobile sector, where he led at the national level, he shifted gears to hospitality—and hasn't looked back since. As the Managing Director of Hotel Gandhi's Paradise in McLeodganj, Dharamshala, he's not just running a hotel—he's redefining tourism and hospitality in Himachal Pradesh. Beyond his own ventures, he's deeply involved in shaping policies and fostering industry growth.

Richa's professional journey has been marked by leadership roles that demand integrity, vision and a deep understanding of systems that drive meaningful change. Notably, she has served as a Primary Care Inspector at the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England, where she leads complex regulatory assessments to ensure that healthcare services are not only safe and effective but also accountable and person-centred.

Currently based in London, she lives with her husband and their two children, managing the delicate balance of a thriving career and a vibrant family life. Her investment in Stella & Notte Club is a reflection of her passion for innovation, community-building and creating immersive spaces that foster meaningful human connections.

As an Executive Committee member, Richa brings not just capital but also strategic foresight, governance sensibilities and a global perspective, helping guide Stella & Notte toward its vision of becoming a premier destination for social connection, experiential living and curated exclusivity.

Meet Vandana – a true all-rounder with a passion for sports, creativity and building things from the ground up. She holds a post-grad degree in Mass Communication from Delhi University and her career kicked off in the high-energy world of advertising. Vandana made her mark working with some of the biggest agencies, juggling both creative roles and client servicing with equal flair.

But her journey didn't stop there.

Driven by a love for learning and shaping young minds, she transitioned into the education space and taught at some of top-tier schools. For the past 11 years, Vandana has been wearing the entrepreneur hat, running a B2C online platform that reflects her go-getter spirit and deep understanding of what clicks with consumers.

Before stepping into the world of wellness, arts and community curation, Vijaya crafted a distinguished career as a Corporate Journalist for over a decade. Her journalistic journey honed her skills in communication, research, marketing and storytelling — tools she now wields to curate transformative experiences.

As the Co-Founder of Indenium School of Responsible Design and the Founder of Studio Sampraapti in Dharamshala, she blends wellness, education and cultural curation into transformative experiences. She also currently also serves as the General Secretary of BNI Dharamshala and curates the celebrated Swara Mountain Arts Festival.
