Membership is selective and intentional - not everyone gets in. Our structured three-stage induction process is conducted independently and professionally to ensure that every member aligns with the ethos and spirit of the community.

We don’t subscribe to rigid definitions or neatly drawn categories - because real chemistry rarely follows a checklist. That said, if we were to describe the kind of members who naturally resonate with us, it would be educated, well-rounded, self-aware and emotionally mature couples who value meaningful interactions over superficial connections. At its core, this is a space for individuals who are comfortable in their own skin - people who understand their identity, carry themselves with quiet confidence and contribute positively to a shared social environment.

The typical age group of our members generally falls between the late 30s to mid-50s. However, age is not a strict criterion - maturity, outlook and compatibility matter far more than numbers. Unlike conventional clubs that often emphasize status, labels or outward markers of success, we focus on authenticity and alignment. Whether it’s shared conversations, curated gatherings or simply the energy of like-minded people coming together, what truly matters here is synergy.

Honestly, we don't believe in locking ourselves into a fixed "event format." We are more like a good playlist - we read the room and play what feels right. That could mean bonding over breakfast, sealing ideas over lunch or unwinding together at dinner, some days it's festive lights and celebrations, some nights it's a DJ and the dance floor doing the talking. It could be a short escape, a mini retreat, an evening of live music or qawwali, a stand-up comic making us laugh or something completely unexpected. Think of our experiences as a flowing river, not a rigid calendar - always moving, always evolving.

Our plan is to press 'Pause’ once a month. The idea is very simple. Life is busy. Work is demanding. So once a month, we will pause the routine… and press the refresh button. Every gathering should leave you feeling refreshed, connected and happy you came.

Members can look forward to at least one thoughtfully curated in-person Club Meet every month. Each gathering is planned well in advance, with dates carefully chosen to align with festive occasions, long weekends and member convenience wherever possible.

Absolutely – you are welcome to bring guests but with a few thoughtful boundaries that help us preserve the club’s unique energy and exclusivity. As a member, you may invite guests provided you inform us in advance. Guests may either be a couple or a single woman and this invitation is strictly a one-time experience - they won’t be able to attend future socials unless they come on board as members.

This guest policy is designed with intention. It offers Members' invitees a chance to experience the Club vibe firsthand - the conversations, the chemistry, the curation - while ensuring that our gatherings remain private and aligned with our community ethos. After this initial visit, the space returns to being members-only, maintaining the exclusivity we are known for. We trust your judgment in inviting individuals who resonate with our philosophy and could be a natural fit for the club. Stella & Notte is not a public event - it’s a carefully curated private community and every addition matters.

We are afraid that would not be possible but we welcome you as Solo. So while we would love to meet your charming cousin, fun-loving sister or your best friend from college someday in another setting, they unfortunately cannot attend as a replacement for either partner. The invitation, quite simply, belongs to you and your partner - not transferable, not replaceable and definitely not available for “proxy attendance.” Chemistry matters here which cannot be deputed.

When it comes to kids - we absolutely adore them. But we also recognize a simple truth: parenthood has a way of shifting our entire world into their orbit. And while that’s beautiful, this Club is a gentle reminder that the foundation of everything is still you two. Our monthly events are therefore intentionally ‘you two’ only - so you can step out, breathe and reconnect.

The Club has been intentionally designed as a space for couples - not as a restriction but as a philosophy. Somewhere along the journey of life, between careers, commitments and children, couples often drift into routines where “us” quietly takes a back seat. This space exists to bring that back to the forefront. Think of it as a reset button. An evening where conversations aren’t interrupted, where you are not playing roles - but simply being yourselves again. Simply speaking, we don't want to dilute the core philosophy of the Club.

While we remain a couple-centric community, we have carved out a thoughtful exception. We welcome independent, working professional women who resonate with the spirit of the Club. In fact, we already have many incredible woman members who joined solo - and they add a unique dimension to the community.

Becoming a member is a thoughtfully curated journey - less a sign-up, more an invitation into the right circle. Here’s how the journey unfolds in 5 stages:

1. Start with your introduction: Fill out the application form on our website (by clicking on the tab “Get Invited”) and share your profile with us. This is your first handshake - tell us who you are beyond the basics.
2. We review your credentials: Our team carefully goes through your profile, not just for credentials but for alignment. We look for a certain chemistry - shared sensibilities, lifestyle and mindset.
3. The first conversation: If there’s a resonance, you & your Spouse will be invited to an exclusive online catch-up - a relaxed, informal video conversation at a mutually convenient time slot. We would like both you and your spouse to join, as the club experience is designed for couples.
4. Internal review & approvals: Post the interaction, your profile is evaluated by the EC. Upon their recommendation, it is then presented to the Board for final approval. This layered process ensures the integrity and curation of the community.
5. Welcome on board: Once approved, you will receive a formal invitation via email along with a payment link. After paying the membership fee, you will be guided to sign the Club Membership Agreement digitally.

And just like that - you are in.

Stella & Notte was built as a space for people, not labels. Religion, nationality, caste, gender, political leaning or social background - none of these define your place here. We are far more interested in who you are as a person than the boxes society may try to place you in. Think of us as an open table, not a reserved section. Different stories, different journeys, different beliefs - all sharing the same room with equal respect.

We are proudly neutral when it comes to politics and ideology. The Club is designed to feel like a refreshing escape from the noise - No debates, banners, campaigns or social divisions. Our members come from diverse cultures, professions and walks of life and that diversity is part of what makes the community interesting. The only thing we truly ask you to bring with you is respect, openness and good energy.

So leave the labels at the door. No camps. No categories. No agendas. Just good people!!

Absolutely - and in fact, we encourage you to still be a part of the evening. Life happens, schedules clash, work trips appear….. That said, Stella & Notte is fundamentally a couple-centric social club and the presence of both partners over time is an important part of the culture and chemistry we curate. An occasional absence is understandable. A regular or permanent pattern of one partner staying away, however, begins to move away from the core philosophy on which the club is built.

In simple words: few missed evening is fine… disappearing permanently is a different story altogether.

Our membership is designed as a Couple Membership - meaning one membership welcomes both you and your spouse at no additional cost. (Single working women are welcomed as a special exception). The Club Membership Fee is INR 29,999/- (subject to revision at the discretion of the Management)

The joining membership fee is a one-time onboarding fee.

From the second year onwards, members contribute an Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) to keep the club experiences alive, exciting and growing. As of now, current AMC is INR 19,999/- per year payable before completion of 12 months of membership. (subject to revision at the discretion of the Management)

We have gone fully digital - no cash, please. Why? Because we believe money should leave footprints, not mysteries. Online payments keep things clean, transparent and drama-free. It’s simple - Taxes paid, books clean, conscience clear.

No. Club memberships are strictly non-transferable and are exclusively linked to the approved couple/member at the time of admission.

Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable.

We don't split the bill here - one smooth swipe and you are all set. Full payment is required upfront. Instalment options are currently not available.

As a warm welcome to our community, every newly approved membership. Your very first club gathering after becoming a member is completely complimentary for the couple. From the second event onward, the standard event contribution applies equally to all members.

No! Think of your membership fee as the entry ticket to the club. Your Membership gets you access to the circle but each Club meet is a new experience with its own price tag. Details are always shared well in advance along with the contribution amount and members are requested to confirm and pay beforehand.

Every monthly Club Meet promises an evening of entertainment, camaraderie, unlimited fun, a lavish 4-course gourmet meal and a well-stocked selection of drinks. In short: Membership opens the door, Club meet fees fuel the experience. And here’s a little welcome bonus - for every newly approved member, the first Club Meeting is absolutely complimentary.

Our Club meets are designed to bring together like-minded couples and individuals in a refined, premium and comfortable members-only environment where conversations flow naturally and connections happen effortlessly.

Absolutely. In addition to our regular city meets, the Club also plans exclusive outstation experiences for members once a year. These experiences are designed to blend travel, leisure, bonding and unforgettable memories in a relaxed and premium social setting. Typically, one experience may involve a longer getaway, including travel by flight to a carefully selected destination.

a) Can couples in a live-in relationship become members?
Yes, we understand that modern relationships come in many forms and we respect partnerships built on commitment, trust and companionship.

b) Can I join the Club with my fiancée/fiancé if we are engaged but not yet married?
Yes. If you are engaged and building your future together, you already embody the spirit of a partnership that Stella & Notte celebrates. We would be delighted to welcome couples who are in that beautiful phase between “yes” and “I do.” After all, some of the best stories begin long before the wedding day.

c) I am in a committed relationship. Can I join with my girlfriend/boyfriend?
Yes. We are a modern social circle that recognises and respects genuine relationships in all their evolving forms. If you and your partner are in a committed relationship and wish to participate together as a couple, you are welcome to apply for membership.

Guest Couples invited by existing members in the monthly Club meeting are offered a special invitation pricing benefit of 25% discount on the standard Club Meet contribution which has been intentionally designed as part of the club’s community-building strategy to encourage members to introduce like-minded couples into the Stella & Notte circle through trusted personal references.

Members continue to enjoy the long-term value of exclusivity, continuity, curated experiences, and being an integral part of the community while guest invitations are only a one-time access opportunity. The guest pricing is therefore more of a referral encouragement model rather than differential treatment. At the same time, the actual cost incurred by the club for hosting each couple Member at a meet is generally higher than the amount being charged. In simple terms, a portion of the event cost is already being absorbed by the club itself to maintain the overall experience and quality standards.

Yes – It’s not a Penalty but an opportunity to the Members to Contribute to the Society.

From the very inception of this Club, the Founders were guided by a simple yet powerful belief - that true privilege finds its highest expression in giving back. As individuals fortunate enough to be part of this community, it becomes both an opportunity and a quiet responsibility to contribute to society or service to the universe at large in our own way. With this philosophy in mind, we have consciously embedded a purpose-driven approach into the very fabric of the Club i.e. attendance at the Club’s monthly socials is considered mandatory for all Members. These gatherings are not merely events; they are the essence of what brings this community together. However, we also understand that unforeseen/genuine circumstances may occasionally prevent participation. In such instances, a mandatory contribution towards the NGO will apply - not as a penalty but as a thoughtful and purposeful alternative.

It serves a dual purpose:

1. Encouraging active participation and engagement within the Club and
2. Ensuring that even in your absence, your association continues to create a positive impact.

In essence, whether you join us for an evening of camaraderie or contribute in your absence, you remain an active participant in the Club’s larger mission - a true win-win. This is not merely a guideline but a core principle of the Club, clearly outlined in the membership agreement and we expect full compliance to this at all levels. Please rest assured that every rupee of your contribution is dedicated entirely to the upliftment of the underprivileged.

The Club neither derives nor retains any benefit from these funds - directly or indirectly - ensuring that your contribution serves its true purpose in full. Whether you join the Club Meet or contribute towards the NGO initiative, your participation always creates a positive impact. Here is your mandatory Contribution:

Accordingly, for Couple Memberships, a contribution to NGO of ₹1,500 shall be made if only one Partner attends the Club Meet and ₹2,000 total if both Partners unable to attend. For Single Woman Memberships, a contribution of ₹1,500 shall be made in the event of non-attendance. These contributions directly support the NGO's charitable initiatives and help create a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need.

The Stella & Notte Social Charitable Trust is an independent arm of the club, established as a registered charitable trust with a singular vision - to create meaningful social impact and give back to society in a responsible and structured manner. At the Club, we strongly believe that being part of a privileged and progressive community also comes with a responsibility towards the larger society. The Trust has therefore been created to provide every member with an opportunity to contribute towards the upliftment and welfare of the underprivileged.

The Trust functions completely independently and every contribution received is dedicated solely towards charitable and social causes. The club, directly or indirectly, derives no financial or commercial benefit from these contributions.

The finest communities in the world have always grown the same way - quietly, organically and through trusted introductions. At Stella & Notte, we deeply value members who introduce thoughtful, elegant and like-minded people into the circle. A recommendation from an existing member carries far more weight than any advertisement ever could. However, we are not a numbers-driven platform focused on mass onboarding or incentivised recruitment. For that reason, we do not offer referral commissions, cash incentives, discounts or “bring-a-member” bonuses.

That said, even in the case of a personal reference from an existing member, we do not compromise on our mandatory screening and onboarding process. Every prospective member goes through the same careful evaluation to ensure the comfort, compatibility, discretion and integrity of the community are preserved at all times. If you choose to introduce someone to the Club, the reward is simply this: helping shape the kind of community you yourself would enjoy being part of. In many ways, our members are the custodians of the atmosphere, elegance and quality that make ‘us’ what it is.

The Club operates through a well-defined corporate structure and is incorporated as a Private Limited Company under Companies Act 2013. To ensure professionalism, transparency, continuity and long-term growth, the Club follows a three-tier management framework comprising the Shareholders, the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. Each layer functions independently while being aligned towards a common vision and purpose of building a meaningful, vibrant and sustainable community.

a) The Shareholders act as the custodians of the larger vision and foundation of the Club.

b) The Board of Directors focuses on governance, strategic direction, expansion plans, policies and the long-term growth roadmap of the Club.

c) The Executive Committee serves as the backbone and the face of the Club in a particular city or location. They are actively involved in planning, managing and executing Club activities, member engagement initiatives, events and overall day-to-day functioning.

The structure has been intentionally designed to create a balance between professional governance and community-driven participation. While the Board and Shareholders work towards the Club’s future vision and sustainability, the Executive Committee brings energy, creativity and local leadership to life on the ground. This collaborative model ensures that the Club is not dependent on any one individual but instead grows as an institution with continuity, accountability and a strong member-first approach.
